The ISL Light Software is a remote screen tool that allows mammut soft computing ag (msc) to get a view of your screen and temporarily take over remote control.
All data connections are protected by SSL through use of a 128 bit key. X.509 certificates are used in order to guarantee a proper transfer.
This represents the highest internet security standard in a remote servicing product. As the ISL Light Software initiates an outgoing connection, this technology works together with your existing Firewall and does not require any special configuration. The security of your Firewall is therefore not at risk. Every time before msc accesses your screen, you will always be prompted to allow the remote service by msc. msc will only have access to your system for as long as and as far as necessary for the respective problem treatment.
The customer is aware that msc can also view customer data through remote services, which are protected due to data protection rights and / or are covered by company confidentiality. msc exclude every liability for loss or damage of any type without restriction - be that for direct, indirect or consequential damages that might result from the installation or the use of ISL Light Software.
